totally amazing stay!
friendly staff great style
the staff were super friendly and always ready to help! our room had a great style and plenty of space for everything. i also loved the location, it was really close to the beach, it was so easy to pop over whenever we wanted. plenty of sunbeds too. the landscaping looked just amazing.
The rooftop pool felt a bit crowded with too few sunbeds. Finding an available spot was tough. we missed out on relaxing there a couple of times. it would improve the experience for everyone to have more lounge chairs available. it affected our relaxation.

the rooms feature very stylish decor and great attention to detail, with a spacious layout. amenities include comfortable bedding and modern bathroom fixtures. a good sized wardrobe is available.

small pool loud music
the rooftop pool was too small for the number of guests it felt crowded most of the time i wanted to swim. also the music at the rooftop was far too loud it never varied and staff didn't seem concerned when i asked them to lower it. this loud music permeated the general areas making relaxation difficult i expected better sound insulation.

clean hotel, great service
clean rooms breakfast buffet great pool
I stayed for four nights and the rooms were very clean. the breakfast buffet had many options, and i could also order from a menu. the pool was great. The bar at the pool provided excellent service too.
the rooms were pretty small. it seemed the hotel focused more on catering to mass tourism. the hotel also prioritized making profits rather than guests' need for space.

the rooftop pool offers a great view! the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. guests can use beach towels and umbrellas free of charge, which makes beach visits more convenient.

the staff was very helpful and friendly, and they promptly addressed all my requests. i saw that the reception desk operates 24/7! the hotel provides a free shuttle service to nearby beaches and shopping areas.
